Bubble Chamber is a ground-breaking Social Enterprise assisting other social enterprises in the UK to maximise their potential. We are in the process of developing an innovative learning programme for teams and individuals, both digitally and face-to-face.

To deliver the digital part of the programme, we are customising a cutting edge Social Learning Management System. This is an opportunity to get involved in a revolution in the way business is done and to effect real change. You will be in charge of the set up and curation of the learning system. Your focus will be to guide and assist our team in creating a great user experience that makes learning seamless and fun for the end user.


A self-starter who is fascinated by new ways of learning and loves solving problems. We are looking for a recent graduate who wants a responsible first position.

Principal Duties

Become an expert in the Learning Management System
Working with our consultant Freddy Kastner, you need to become an expert in the use of the LMS from both an administrative and end users’ point of view.

Support the way the platform enables the learner’s experience
Work with Ben Freedman & Yishay Mor to develop the best possible and most effective learner’s experience for the Bubble Chamber Curriculum for Social Enterprise Leaders.

Curate the system for clients
Overseeing the use of the system by clients including reviewing its use and suggesting ways of improving the experience for the end user.

Creation of User Training videos
Using the LMS video capture facility, the curator should create a full suite of videos that can be used by both an adminstrator and an end user to help them learn how to use the system effectively.

Develop the use of the system for the Prince Charles Cinema
Work with Greg Lynn to maximise the use of the LMS in the training and devlopment of staff and ongoing management of staff at the Prince Charles Cinema.

Competitor analysis of Learning Platforms
Working with director Ben Freedman, you will assess how other Learning Platforms compare with our LMS.

Prepare a sales presentation for use of our LMS as a Learning Platform
Work with Ben Freedman to help prepare a sales presentation for use to sell the system.

Key Knowledge & Skills
• Strong computer skills
• Skills in web layouts, including html and css coding, helpful but not essential
• Knowledge of e-learning & Knowledge Management also helpful but not essential
